• You grant CelestForge a limited license to review, process, and store submissions for publishing workflows.
• We may accept, reject, or request changes at our discretion and according to editorial guidelines.

Payments & Royalties

Financial terms are governed by your specific Author Agreement. Dashboard reports show accrued and paid amounts. Taxes, banking fees, and compliance obligations may apply.

Acceptable Use

• No illegal, infringing, harassing, or harmful content or activity.
• No attempts to bypass security, scrape private data, or disrupt services.
• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (e.g., storage, analytics, fraud prevention). Their terms and privacy policies may apply.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to security, operations, or legal compliance.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CelestForge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Certain jurisdictions may not allow limitations—your rights there remain unaffected.
